Beyza explore avec ironie la vie sociétale et notamment les conditions de la femme, dans un monde où le virtuel et l’hypocrisie prennent le dessus sur le réel et la sincérité. Pour Beyza la ville est un organisme vivant avec ses qualités, ses défauts et ses moindres émotions.
Beyza is a B.A. (1999) and M.F.A. (2003) Graduate from Mimar Sinan Uni- versity, Academy of Fine Arts, Painting Department in Istanbul. Current- ly working on her P.H.D. at the same university, Beyza has already presented at several international exhibitions. She explores the social irony,and especially the conditions of wo- men in a world where virtuality and hypocrisy take precedence over rea- lity and sincerity. For Beyza the city is a living organism with its qualities, its flaws, its smallest details and emotions, all reaching out to us through her paintings.
Beyza Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi Resim Bölümü mezunu, şu sıralar sanatta yeterlilik tezi üzerinde çalışmakta, ulusal ve uluslararası birçok sergiye katılmış.
Sanatçı, sanallığın ve ikiyüzlülüğün, gerçeklik ve samimiyetin önüne geçtiği bir dünyada, sosyal yaşamı ve özellikle de kadınların koşullarını ironik bir dille yansıtmakta. Beyza’ya göre şehir, nitelikleri, kusurları ve en küçük detayları, duyguları ile canlı bir organizma.
